Cactus Mug Wraps

Cactus Wraps by Cactus Equipment in Colorado are the perfect inexpensive solution for small or large-scale production of imprinting mugs in an oven. Designed for durability and superior coverage, top to bottom prints are easily attainable as well as getting as close as possible to the handles. Simple to use with any oven, they make mug production a breeze. Works with all 11 and 15 oz mugs (special wraps for the Big Daddy Mugs are available separately), though not recommended for use with ribbon based video prints. Have a special project in mind? Please note that specialty wraps for shots and funnel mugs are listed with the appropriate product and drop-ship from Ohio. Standard original wraps are stocked in Florida.
It is recommended, as it is with all heat presses, that you use a high temperature Teflon grease to protect and lubricate the wraps. We recommend and sell Super Lube®.

Cactus Qwik Wraps
These Cactus Qwik Wraps feature hooks that engage a flat bar eliminating the need to adjust a bolt. Simply hold the end with the hooks and stretch the remainder of the wrap around the mug and slip the bar into the hooks. A simple twisting motion releases the wrap after cooking.

Aluminum Inserts for Stainless Steel Mugs
These aluminum tubes are used as inserts for the Stainless Steel Travel mugs when printed in a mug press. Although they are not required for use with Mug Wraps, they keep the outer shell intact and in shape withstanding the pressure of most mug presses.

Mug Press from Cactus Equipment
This top of the line mug press from Cactus Equipment is engineered to give quality images with ease and simplicity of use. The SmartPress™ features a 4¼" tall heater element for full coverage top to bottom. The all metal construction press features a digital timer and temperature setting, detachable power cord and a spare fuse which is included in the power module.
The SmartPress™ automatically adjusts for different mug diameters as well as mugs that taper, and comes with a one year warranty parts and labor. There is also a one year warranty on the heating element and is easily replaced when needed. A light weight unit at 17 pounds, it only draws 4 amps of current to operate.
